I\'ve spent the last decade in and around classrooms: teaching, researching, designing, and learning alongside educators at every stage. That work has taken me from underserved schools in India with Teach For India and The Nalanda Project, to STEM education research at NYU, to building digital PD at ASCD/ISTE, where I contributed to the launch of Witsby.Today, I lead Learning and Engagement for the US public school market at Toddle, where I design professional learning that helps districts move curriculum and AI priorities into real classroom practice. My work sits at the intersection of educator engagement, event strategy, and content, with a deep belief that every educator deserves access to meaningful, high-quality learning. That belief has never changed. It just keeps finding new forms.I started in classrooms, and in many ways I never left.

   Toddle - Your Teaching Partner

   May 2025 — Present · Bengaluru, IN

   I lead Toddle’s event and professional-learning strategy in the US public school space, building high-trust convenings that bring together district leaders and national thought partners to move curriculum and AI priorities forward- Design and own the full lifecycle of leadership events: research district needs, shape the learning construct, recruit and onboard speakers, prepare the flow of the day, and design external-facing positioning and messaging- Develop and publish external-facing messaging that builds credibility and conversion: landing pages, panel briefs, keynote descriptions, moderator scripts, promos, community content, and post-event assets- Partner across growth, design, tech, and customer teams to turn PD events into pipeline movement and district adoption- Created a repeatable 0->1 US Events Playbook that standardizes speaker strategy, event structure, content guardrails, distribution plans, and impact measurement for the region- Designed and delivered 7 leadership events (virtual and in-person) in under a year, featuring superintendents, curriculum leaders, and national experts. Collaborated with leading voices including Jay McTighe, Richard Culatta, Amanda Bickerstaff, Monica Burns, Carol Tomlinson, and Heidi Hayes Jacobs, alongside district leadership teams- Develop MoFu and BoFu collateral that deepens impact beyond the event: case studies, resource flyers, strategic toolkits, and materials used by growth and customer teams
