ABOUT PURVANG DAVE
Most people build their careers like ladders.I built mine like a map.Messy. Multi-directional. People at every stop.HI! I’m Purvang, and I build systems that connect - people, processes and platforms. I didn’t plan to build a career by volunteering, creating, and connecting across 3 continents, I just kept saying yes to things that felt meaningful.Conversations became communities.Small projects became lasting platforms. And somewhere along the way, I realized: I’m not chasing roles. I’m building relationships, systems, and movements that help people do better work, live fuller lives, and feel more like themselves in the process. I\'m currently completing my Master’s in Business Information Technology at RMIT University, while leading projects across strategy, community, and product. My work lives at the intersection of tech, storytelling, and service. I’ve led sales and exchange at AIESEC, built career events for students, worked as a Product Associate in US, and delivered a TEDx Talk on procrastination (because I\'m an expert haha).I’m also a Study Melbourne Ambassador, a community builder on LinkedIn through my campaign Career Cafeteria, and an active volunteer across aged care, food banks, mental health spaces, and city councils.Everything I do is about building things that last beyond me - platforms, conversations, experiences, and systems that help others grow.If you’re designing something that deserves better thinking, better systems, or better heart—let’s talk.Let’s make work human again. Let’s create what matters.Highlights- Built my foundation in India, leading public speaking programs and student career initiatives that impacted 4,700+ students- Study Melbourne Ambassador, creating meaningful, visible spaces for international students- TEDx Speaker on the inner mechanics of procrastination, and how to move through it- Founded Speechmasters, a public speaking legacy event at Parul University- Facilitated 35+ global exchanges through AIESEC, tied to the UN SDGs- Built and led AIESEC teams across sales, exchange, and strategy, impacting 1,500+ people- Product Associate at SUPER.AI (US), where I worked across product, ops, and user insight- 450+ volunteer hours across aged care, food banks, men’s mental health, and community councils- Launched Career Cafeteria, a campaign bringing honest storytelling into the career space- Turned curiosity into projects, and projects into platforms, then handed the mic to others
