I also prepare applications such as Form I-485, I-131 and Form I-130 for USCIS. I conduct legal research, organize supplemental evidence, and maintain accurate case files while coordinating with attorneys, clients, and interpreters to ensure timely, well-supported filings before the Immigration Court and USCIS.
