At the BSE Institute, I am in the process of developing a completely activity based module to train career seekers in the Broking and Investment Advisory Industry. The motive of this is to provide an out of the box environment to already textually burdened students in order to develop skills rather than only knowledge. I am also part of the Industry Mentor-ship program offered by them. I have developed and delivered an interactive module \'Careers in Financial Markets\' for students helping them select careers based on skill rather than \'herd mentalities.\' I have also developed training material for their certification exams.
