   My journey has been long and in different spaces where I had opportunities to learn, mentor and make critical decisions on the role. I joined Social Beat way back on 17th March in 2014, when we operated out of two rooms. Being the first member of the design team, it rested upon me to create the design magic!Although I had worked in 7 companies previously, the freedom and trust I had been fortunate to experience at Social Beat was possible only because of the two pillars, Suneil and Vikas who are also great mentors to me. It is often said, you can never clap with one hand; and I am blessed to head a young and talented design and video team brimming with creativity. Video is a very fulfilling medium while design is a visual treat on a static screen. The surge in video marketing has enabled me to become dynamic in my thought process and set higher standards.Along the journey, I have scaled my efforts for Social Beat and now also operate as a core team member across the brand’s 4 locations - Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai. I have been handling work for clients across sectors in real estate, banking, FMCG, E-Commerce, healthcare, education and B2B. Some of our latest clients are Practo, Dhani, Gamezy, Rummy Culture, Mfine, Bharat Matrimony, Jaquar, Hotstar, Isuzu, RUPEEK, Khatabook, ITC, Gamezy, Casagrand, Swiggy, Chettinad Healthcare, Khadim’s, Tata Housing, Royal Sundaram, Shriram Properties, Himalaya Quista Pro, Casa Grand and etc
