Work Responsibility-\\\\n• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user assistance and training documentation for BFSI Domain applications.\\\\n• Collaborate with multiple internal or external stakeholders to design our next generation of user assistance technology.\\\\n• Work with development teams to implement code for new user assistance mechanisms.’\\\\n• Collaborate with client to understand technology requirement and help to recruitment team to identify right candidates.\\\\n• Technical screening for new hire on client requirements.\\\\n• Prep to new hire for client interviews.\\\\n• Responsible to deploy to client project from Pool.\\\\n• Develop hands-on training course labs on a virtualization platform.\\\\n• Create lab modules that include scripts and other files needed for successful completion of the labs.\\\\n• Participate in the validation testing of these labs to ensure delivery of a repeatable and predictable hands-on lab environment.\\\\n• Teach course pilots and deliver train-the-developer’s events to train on client latest technology stacks.\\\\n• Work with all technical levels from managers, to architects and developers and explain the product technology and architecture.\\\\n• Work closely with various stakeholders to build and maintain our Java FS Platform curriculum.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
