I’m someone who believes in growing through real experiences, not shortcuts. My journey into HR Recruiter wasn’t planned, but it turned out to be the right space for me — a place where communication, understanding people, and responsibility actually matter.Currently, I’m working as an HR Recruiter at Hire Heads, Kanpur. My role involves connecting the right candidates with the right companies — not just to fill positions, but to create meaningful professional matches. I work closely with clients, understand their requirements, and handle sourcing, screening, and onboarding with a focus on clarity and trust.What defines my work style is consistency, patience, and respect for people. I like things to be done properly — from writing a simple job post to communicating with a candidate or following up with a client.Outside of work, I’m someone who stays curious about business, communication, and self-growth. I enjoy observing how people make decisions, how workplaces function, and how small improvements can make a big difference.I’m still learning every day — about people, hiring, and leadership — and my goal is to keep growing as a professional who adds genuine value wherever I work.
