Handling 10 Properties across different states and multiple hotel brands, I Manage and Analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP, including payroll, budgeting, and tax compliance. Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections, while generating detailed profit and loss (P&L) reports. Cost Control / Accounts Payable / GM Calls - Monthly P&L Reviews. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate dividend distributions to shareholders, collaborating closely with the CFO to gain strategic insights. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to financial laws, regulations, and corporate governance policies. Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential financial risks, implementing proactive solutions to safeguard company assets. Fraud Prevention: Design and enforce robust procedures and internal checks to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. Data Presentation: Present financial reports and insights to management, the board of directors, and other key stakeholders to inform decision-making.
