My role encompasses developing and executing brand strategies, communication campaigns, digital initiatives along with PR and CSR. I specialize in crafting innovative solutions that amplify brand visibility, streamline communications, and elevate customer experiences, while spearheading social media strategies to foster meaningful connections.    Managed and supervised the Brand & Innovation team- Actively involved in brand and communication strategy through campaign planning and creative co-ordination for all the campaigns and supervised overall marketing and communications operations of the business- Actively involved in new business pitches by developing sales presentation and developing communication aimed at CXO’s and decision makers as well as planned and conceptualize sales support programs to improve brand visibility- Developed and implemented a comprehensive organization-wide social media strategy- Managed and supervised the development of content for Company’s Intranet and digital assets like the My ALD app and various other portals- Supervised overall operations on business and actively involved in research.Some key achievements- Launched a loyalty program for ALD India – ALD Avant - is one-of-a-kind loyalty program and probably unique to the leasing industry in India and globally- Presently, as the Product Manager of the driver application in India – My ALD, I am also a part of the team to deliver a parallel digital offering called ALD First with localized flavor of service, user experience and interface- In December 2022, ALD India was felicitated by The Economic Times as one of the Best Brands of 2022 which had a number of brands that have succeeded in being at par with glocal brands- In July 2022, ALD India won the award for Business Development in 2021 for the category of – fleet at the Global ALD Conference. We buildt strong visibility in the market during this phase in post-COVID era- In-charge of launching the first-ever loyalty program of a leasing company in India - ALD Avant- Successfully carried out the brand’s re branding activity across all platforms and mediums
