   I research at the intersection of Computing and Social-Psychological Sciences with a focus on designing Intelligent (AI) Systems to analyze online human behavior at scale and augment realtime information processing capabilities at public services, by using Text Mining, NLP, Machine Learning, and Knowledge Graphs (Semantic Web) techniques with guidance from social and psychological theories. I apply this research for societal problems - natural & manmade crisis management, public health, gender-based violence, social engineering, etc.
