   I began at Codeyoung in early 2022 as a Kickoff Academic Consultant (WFH) and K–12 Math Curriculum Designer, focusing on the HS modules; building structured curriculum frameworks and improving early academic delivery systems. Prime focus on the structure of a high conversion demo class flow, learning design and content. I like learning new ways to approach ideas and execute them. I later established the training design, platform familiarity and testing setup for Catalyst (Test Prep), creating trainer onboarding processes, performance evaluation systems, and data-based retraining loops that support other teams (hiring, sales, product, etc.)In November 2024, I was asked to move full-time into the central office in Bangalore to work more closely on academic growth and training strategy. I designed and delivered structured training modules across engagement, pedagogy, SEL, and platform systems. Through targeted retraining, trainer performance improved by 22%, and training TAT reduced from 39 days to 25 days while maintaining volume in the first 2 months, averaging to 15 in first 6 and now we stand at 11 for a candidate who is not on a \'break\', yes, that\'s the tricky part!I worked cross-functionally across Academics, Sales, Ops, Hiring, Media, Design, and Tech, executed 15+ projects, launched 16 complete and creative (unlike anyone else but meaningful, realist) training modules within the LMS sandbox, guided and learned with a 5-member internal team, and generated 100+ new leads through MathQuest 2026.I wish to continue growing and learning here, contributing across functions while focusing on growth and strategy projects in the next phase, as Training Ops and academics hold my hands like kin.
