   Work with variety of stakeholders across functions and resources for day-to-day operations, including but not limited to Senior Advisor lifecycle • Manage the Senior Advisor lifecycle and experience including onboarding, integration, feedback, offboarding, and shift to alumni. • Internally assist with identifying Senior Advisors that can work with BCG case teams on client engagements • Work through challenges, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, and escalate project concerns when necessary • Partner with other regional Senior Advisor program teams to share best practices and streamline processes. • Plan and execute the NAMR Senior Advisor Annual Meeting – a three-day hybrid event with over 200 participants and 20+ speakers • Curate and execute curriculum for the NAMR Senior Advisors in an effort to educate on BCG business and activity, including monthly leadership engagement calls, quarterly Town Halls, quarterly foundation sessions for new Senior Advisors • Created a unified brand identity for Global Senior Advisor Program • Created and maintain the Global Senior Advisor Microsite • Created and maintain NAMR Senior Advisor Marketing Materials, including but not limited to Digital Bio Books and external proposition documents and videos. • Hosted season one of “Into the C-Suite” Podcast
