ABOUT PURNIMA PRAGYA
I am a motivated and detail-oriented Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) graduate with hands-on internship experience in district-level public healthcare settings. I have a strong foundation in hospital operations, patient services, interdepartmental coordination, and quality standards, supported by academic training and field exposure.During my MHA internship at District Hospital, Ranchi, I assisted in OPD and IPD management, admission–discharge processes, medical records handling, and patient flow coordination. I closely worked with departments such as Emergency, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Billing, which helped me understand real-time hospital workflows and administrative challenges. I also gained exposure to NABH standards, public health programs, and government hospital functioning.Earlier, during my B.Sc. Community Health internship at CHC Kanke, I supported outpatient services, community health programs, immunization activities, and health awareness campaigns. This experience strengthened my understanding of primary healthcare systems, preventive care, and patient-centered service delivery.I have completed a final-year thesis on Patient Satisfaction, where I analyzed patient feedback, identified key factors affecting patient experience, and suggested service quality improvements.
