Purnima is a PMP, ITILv3F and CSM (Certified Scrum Master), an agile lover with total work experience of 21 years, currently working with Concentrix since August 2018 and worked with Convergys Tech Centre, Hyderabad for 14 years performing various roles like Business Analyst, Project Manager and Product Owner with experience on domains ranging from Big Data, Financial, RPAs, DataWarehouse, Vendor Management, Healthcare, CRM, Corporate Integration projects.
