I have also designed and implemented sourcing strategies utilizing various value levers that deliver improved cost, reduced risk, and more efficient programs for IBM clients.I have led and executed numerous IT strategy engagements successfully, helping in constructing cloud transformation deals, advising customer transformation engagements, and winning large-scale hybrid cloud transformation solutions. I also have a proven success in implementing organizational strategies, that drive the adoption of disruptive changes.
