Contributed towards process development of novel vaccine candidates for Human Influenza and SARS COV-2. • Purification of mammalian (CHO) and insect (Sf9, HighFive) cell line origin recombinant proteins. • Developed and optimized various chromatography methods viz, Ion Exchange, HIC, and Affinity Chromatography (Glycoprotein-based). • Instrumental in reduction of Process Time by around 7 times. Also, reduced TAT by 5 times. • Conceptualized and executed a streamlined protein purification workflow, significantly reducing host cell protein contamination. Implemented membrane chromatography techniques, developed a Hollowfiber based cell lysis process, TFF process for UF/DF. Ad-hoc responsibility: HPLC analysis (RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, IEX-HPLC); System: Agilent Infinity 1200 Bioinert system; Software: OpenLab CDS.• Assisted in development of analytical techniques such as BCA assay, ELISA. Also, performed SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. • Prepared BPRs, Process Protocols, Development Reports, SOPs for different operations in Downstream processing, preparation of weekly presentations. • ÄKTA systems (Pure), UNICORN 7.0+, GDP, GLP, ALCOA++.
