2016 - Established the Payment Gateway vertical at Cashfree Payments as the sole member of the Sales team for the first two years. My responsibilities included sourcing clients, managing daily operations, and scaling their transaction volumes. Augmented the payment gateway volumes from $8K/month to $200M/month, achieving a growth rate of 2-3x month over month.20••••19 Motivated by a personal challenge regarding instant fund withdrawals, I conceptualised and developed the PAYOUTS product which revolutionised the entire ecosystem to adopt Payouts as a key financial solution. This initiative was a significant milestone in advancing India\'s digital payment infrastructure, evidenced by the widespread adoption of similar solutions by numerous payment companies in subsequent years. I also led the solution design and go-to-market strategy over the next three years.Additionally, I have been instrumental in setting up and leading various functions, including Sales (Enterprise, Farming, Inbound), Customer Success, and Operations.20••••21 - Scaling business, managing all the Tier-1 relationships.2022-present - Picking up new products, driving GTM and scaling them till they contribute significantly to the company\'s revenue.
