Hi, I’m Punitkumar Math, a dedicated Bioinformatics enthusiast based in Bengaluru, blending a strong foundation in biotechnology with computational expertise. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology (B.E) and am currently pursuing my M.Sc. in Bioinformatics at Garden City University, expected to graduate in July 2025.I bring hands-on experience in multi-omics data analysis, with a particular focus on genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. As a Bioinformatics Research Intern at Vizzhy Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, I’ve developed and applied Linux-based pipelines, R-based statistical analysis, and integrated approaches to investigate complex biological questions—ranging from gene expression profiling to gut microbiome studies.I also apply AI/ML techniques to integrate multi-omics datasets and model biological complexity.My skill set includes proficiency in Python, R, and Linux, complemented by practical knowledge of bioinformatics tools and workflow design. I\'ve also worked on clinical trial documentation at Sapthagiri Clintrac Pvt. Ltd, gaining exposure to regulatory practices and GCP standards.Beyond research, I’ve nurtured a passion for teaching through part-time tutoring in physics and mathematics, sharpening both my communication and mentoring abilities.My academic projects span diverse domains, including biopolymer synthesis, nanoparticle-based energy storage, and genetic analysis of complex diseases like COVID-19, Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis, and Sarcoidosis—the latter explored in my major project: “Unraveling the Complex Biology of Sarcoidosis through Multi-Omics and Artificial Intelligence.”Highlights:1.
