   The responsibility is to own the Digital Operation product being used at the terminals. It includes incident, Request, Problem and Change management. Co-ordinate with stakeholder for new request and enhancement and lead the project co-ordinating with global tech team or application provider company. Overall highest focus will remain securing product with necessary vulnerability elimination and ensure high up time to all the TOS environment (Container OPS, Bulk Ops, Marine Ops)• Drive the investigation of Root Causes for Major Incidents.• Ensure minimum customization of N4 and deliver business requirement within core TOS applications and align with APMT Global standard.• Play a key role in any digital transformation related changes. Like DR, HA and BCP etc.
