I’ve built my career at the intersection of complexity and execution. From consulting to construction, energy, government, and environmental sectors, I’ve led organizations of every size—from nimble startups to global Fortune 500 enterprises. What ties these experiences together is a passion for creating structure in ambiguity, building high-performing teams, and designing systems that help organizations not just survive disruption, but thrive through it.Over the years, I’ve been asked to take on some of the toughest challenges: integrating acquisitions, turning fragmented operations into unified functions, and steering supply chains through market volatility and global crises. Whether managing billion-dollar spend portfolios or launching first-ever centralized procurement models, I’ve learned that resilience is built on governance, trust, and the ability to see both the details and the bigger picture.I take pride in transforming supply chains and operations into strategic enablers of growth. That has meant creating scalable infrastructure, embedding compliance and governance, and bringing in digital tools to deliver both efficiency and visibility. But beyond the processes and systems, it’s about people—mentoring teams, building cultures of accountability, and fostering engagement that inspires individuals to deliver their best in the face of constant change.What energizes me is the chance to learn something new in every role and apply that learning to raise the bar. I’ve led organizations through nine re-orgs in as many years, guided companies through private equity transitions, and navigated global shocks like COVID-19. Each experience reinforced my belief that agility and continuity go hand in hand, and that authentic leadership means balancing stability with innovation.Today, I continue to focus on creating value where others see complexity—whether that’s in building global supply chains, driving business transformation, or guiding teams through uncertainty. My goal is simple: to leave every organization stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for long-term success.
