Driving the core HR processes which include Talent Acquisition to fulfil talent needs, disciplinary process, PIP and warning letters, Employee grievance handling, query resolution and exit process. Selected candidates offer process, preparing of appointment letter and CTC breakup to release the offer letter on daily basis, preboarding, Onboarding formalities and New Joiner Induction. Conducting performance counselling sessions and manage sub processes such as Improvement plans, review mechanism for the yearly PMS Cycle appraisal process. Drive the various employee engagement Onboarding surveys from time to time, analyze the outcome and create an action plan for employees for wellness programs and other Social services. Handling BGV, Medical insurance queries, new and old employees UAN and ESI cards, any of the statutory compliance from the employees like POSH, Whistle blower policy and other issues.
