My work is centered around helping people make choices in life from a point of awareness, not ignorance.Over the years, my journey has evolved across roles—as an educator, entrepreneur, mentor, advisor, and now a coach—driven by a deep curiosity to keep learning and refining how I think, work, and show up.Over the past decade, I’ve been an entrepreneur in the education space, building LessonBoard and mentoring students and families through high-stakes academic journeys. That experience shaped my ability to simplify complexity, listen deeply, and guide people through pressure, uncertainty, and important life decisions.Today, as a Mindset & Transformation Coach (ACC-trained, ICF), I work with individuals who feel mentally overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or unclear about their next step. My role is not to give answers, but to create the space where people can think clearly, see patterns, and move forward with confidence.Alongside coaching, I create content on mindset, clarity, and emotional awareness through my Instagram page, LessonsWithPunit, where a growing community of people engages with simple, metaphor-driven ideas that spark reflection and meaningful conversations.My work sits at the intersection of coaching, storytelling, and human behavior—helping people move from confusion to clarity, and from reaction to intentional action.This journey, for me, has been less about having all the answers, and more about learning to ask better questions—both for myself and for others.
