I am a chemical biologist and drug discovery scientist focused on translating mechanistic insight into therapeutic opportunity. My work sits at the intersection of chemical biology, proteomics, and translational pharmacology, where I design and deploy innovative strategies to interrogate protein function and accelerate hit identification and validation.As a scientific leader, I take pride in driving programs forward with clarity, rigor, and urgency. I am highly adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments where scientific direction evolves with emerging data. Whether building new assay platforms, advancing covalent targeting strategies, or shaping discovery roadmaps, I focus on delivering solutions that meaningfully impact pipeline progression.Beyond the science, I am a collaborative and people centered leader. I work cross functionally across biology, chemistry, DMPK, and external partners to align teams around shared objectives and execution plans. I believe strong science is built on strong teams, and I actively invest in mentoring, empowering, and elevating those around me. My goal is to create an environment where individuals operate at their highest potential while contributing to a cohesive, high performing organization.Core expertise includes chemical proteomics, covalent ligand discovery, LC-MS based analytics, target engagement strategies, and end-to-end assay development in both biochemical and cellular systems.I am motivated by complex biological questions, bold therapeutic hypotheses, and the opportunity to build platforms and teams that transform discovery into real impact.
