Leading to the successful deployment of the project in hand. • Installation and Testing of multi node congestion system on Production Servers.• Deployment of a multi node congestion system using cloud technology (OpenStack, AWS, OpenStack, VMWare) and also on bare metal infrastructure (e.g. HP DL360).• Interact with Engineering team to improve installation and upgrade procedures.• Contribute to client and internal presentations.• Develop relationships with multiple client peers.• Analyze work plan and impact of area of responsibility.• Create deliverables within scope, quality standards, and time frames.• Support and escalate issues as and when required.• Creating Knowledge Base articles for internal reference. • Customer education by means of MOPS and presentations.• Providing Advance product training to clients and internal team members• Mentoring new team members.
