I am responsible for driving the business growth of Sepsis Management Kits, which cover bacterial, Fungal, AMR, Influenza, Tropical Fevers, Hepatitis B&C, MTB-NTM, and MTB-MDR RT-PCR assays. Developing and executing GTM plans for Sepsis Management Kits and infectious disease diagnostic assays. My role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans across government, institutional, and private healthcare segments, while managing the complete tendering process, including bid preparation, regulatory compliance, and pricing strategies. I work closely with key stakeholders such as government officials, procurement authorities, hospitals, and laboratories to strengthen business partnerships and ensure market penetration. Additionally, I collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams to organize CMEs, workshops, and product demonstrations, enhancing clinical awareness and adoption. A critical part of my role includes mentoring regional teams and distributors, monitoring sales performance, ensuring timely supply chain coordination, and overseeing payment collections for financial discipline. By staying updated on government procurement policies and public health programs, I align business strategies to capture new opportunities and expand market presence in molecular diagnostics.
