With over 15 years of leadership experience in data science, analytics, and consulting domains, I am a Director at American Express, supporting federated data offices and Amex business units in bringing critical data under the governance of Amex Data Governance Policy, referred to as Data Activation. I hold certifications in PMP, Six Sigma, and Lean, and have a strong track record of delivering key IT infrastructure programmes, enhancing sales experience, and automating and standardizing reporting processes.I have technical expertise in using data analytics tools like Python, SAS, SPSS, MS-Excel, Tableau, SQL, Hive, and VBA, and data modeling techniques like predictive analytics, forecasting, regression, classification, random forest, and boosting.
