ABOUT PUNEET L.
Hi, my name is Puneet and I\'m a physiotherapist by trade. I have a passion for injury rehabilitation, health, and wellness. I am a strong advocate of the holistic approach to health and believe that consistency with pre-rehabilitation is necessary for injury prevention. I have opened my own multidisciplinary clinic called Roam Health & Wellness offering services such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology and clinical counselling. The resiliency of the human body and mind never ceases to amaze me. I believe that in order to fully recover from an injury, mental health is just as important as physical health. Having a positive attitude towards rehabilitation and recovery is vital. My goal is to provide others with the tools that they need for self-management and optimal functional recovery post injury. My treatment approach includes a combination of manual therapy, functional dry needling, soft tissue release and exercise therapy. I am also trained in pelvic health physiotherapy and provide services for women experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence and other pelvic health issues. I am a strong believer of lifelong learning and continue to take post graduate courses to further my skill set. When not working, I can be found travelling, reading, hiking, volunteering with local organizations and working towards my personal fitness goals.
