ABOUT PUNEET KUMAR

I am a Principal Engineer at Fidelity International with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Currently, I am working as the Lead Engineer and Solution Architect for a Multilingual Chatbot product developed for both internal and external client-facing websites and applications, which is currently live on Fidelity Germany Wealth Expert and Fidelity German PI website with an customer base of 70k users.As the Lead Engineer, I managed and built the product infrastructure on AWS using terraform IAC, designed and architected new features, and developed with Node JS, React, and TypeScript with AWS services. My key highlights of the product include 100% Infrastructure as code on AWS, multiple deployments to production in a day, QA done through test cases only, multiple levels of test cases including Unit, Integration, Api test, and End to end Test, complete CI/CD pipelines, and following the practice of Pair programming. I also followed a TDD approach for development and worked with multiple clouds during the project such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.Previously, I worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Fidelity\'s Global Digital Wealth project, where I worked on the WealthExpert.fidelity.de website as a Full Stack Engineer.My skill set includes Front-End Development, Continuous Delivery (CD), Microservices, JavaScript Libraries, React, Typescript, JavaScript, NoSQL, Systems Design, Web Applications, Algorithms, AWS, Amazon DynamoDB, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Dialogflow, Pair Programming, Java, Spring, SpringBoot, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), Test Driven Development (TDD), React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, Terraform, Amazon CloudFront, Amazon Route 53, Elasticsearch, Jest, Docker, and JavaScript.I am passionate about quality and encouraging my team to cover everything through test cases.
