MANAGER- Talent Acquisition• Working closely with Chairman, BU heads and Stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position and meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations. • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, pre-post offer/on-boarding engagement• Proficient in creating, reviewing, and designing the Job Descriptions and posting these job descriptions on various job boards, social media.• Researching about latest hiring processes for each role, setting evaluation parameters and coordinating with stakeholders in preparing assessment / test for each position.• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.• Handling end to end campus hiring program for Pan India, developing and maintaining relationships with campuses across India.• Manage Employee Relations activities and advise managers on employee issuesOperations • Onboarding the new employees in the organization • conducting induction programs globally.• Completing the formalities for background checks (BGV Check)• Working on Project management tool JIRA for updating the HR Policy• Taking Exit Interview for managers and above• Employee engagement activities
