Utilizing broad scope of industry knowledge, I have been handling portfolio management of BT account – P&L, growth, business development, people management, and overall delivery. I have been nominated for representing the program during steering boards within CSC, and management meeting with a customer.I am accountable for managing/coaching the Project Managers in charge the different projects within transformation in addition to managing large teams distributed over Asia-Pac. I played a key role in developing standards of Transformation and PM mentor program.Being personally responsible for operational change driven by business requirements, I have been playing an instrumental role in managing client relationship and the development and rollout of large and complex, mission-critical projects with over 25-30 resources in on-site – offshore models.Key outcomes: I was credited for establishing many centres across the globe for client specifically in India, China, Malaysia, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Portugal, Spain, and the UK. I was applauded for setting up a financial shared service centre in the Philippines. I have the distinction of shouldering the responsibilities as Program Executive on Zurich Account for UK & I region, and leading around 40 Program Manager/Project Manager with program/project revenue of approx USD 50 M. I was credited for leading program/project delivery while working on Bombardier transportation account, where program/projects worth of USD 20-30 M was part of my portfolio. I was acknowledged for delivering the proposals worth 100+ MN of TCV.I successfully operated below budget whilst growing to 100 resources within 6 months, saving client cost over the existing centre. I was commended for developing an offshore model for PM services and strategy for delivering efficient & quality service from India. I developed a plan for accounts to increase PM profitability and cost effectiveness.
