As the Finance Director, I am responsible for providing support to the Chief Financial Officer in achieving both operational and financial business goals. Through my financial and business leadership, I develop and execute strategies that drive profitable growth across all segments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I advise senior management on various financial issues, while also enhancing quality and service levels.I oversee a variety of critical functions, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and strategic analysis. Additionally, I provide guidance to the Project Finance team, ensuring the maintenance of financial records with the utmost integrity, while maximizing profitability and cash flows. Spearheading the implementation of new systems and processes, such as financial systems, expense management, and reporting systems, is also a key responsibility of mine.My role also involves ensuring compliance with audit requirements, providing internal and external auditors with necessary information, and implementing plans of action to address audit recommendations or accounting issues. As the head of the Internal Audit department, I provide operational guidance and vision, identifying and managing operational risks. I lead ongoing assessments of the organization\'s risk management, financial, operational, and compliance processes, and provide valuable insights to the Audit Committee, Head of Operations, and management. Additionally, I am responsible for drafting, reviewing, and validating Contract Change Requests, Amendments, SOWs, and Work Orders. Lastly, I oversee strategic procurement activities, including coordinating RFPs and participating in critical contract negotiations.
