Responsible to handle phone calls, take care of walk-ins, receive and report commercial transactions and doing first level NIGO checks for all Commercial and Non-Commercial transactions, and perform all other support and regulatory functions.• Responsible for initial processing of investor applications at the branch, liaising with the back office and generating reports at the branch.• Responsible for generating account statements and cross checking the same. Handling calls pertaining to clarifications of processed transactions.• Responsible for dispatching redemption, compensation payments or rejection letters and other correspondence to investors and commission payments to distributors within the prescribed timelines.• Oversee and process all requests in the Mailboxes and other instruction system, and completing them with daily deadlines related to Corporate Action, Mutual fund Processing and compliance review.• Review and approve foreign/International payments which are submitted for repatriation.• Responsible for evaluate the second scouring of corporate action for payments which are in discrepancies; post thorough analysis makes necessary adjustments.• Reviewing posted free receives transactions in client accounts with accurate cost details & outgoing assets to other custodian (Domestic & Global assets)• Reconciling assets and cash breaks with custodian records and in case of discrepancies, need to work with TACC work to understand the outstanding items and making necessary adjustments for closure.• Validating documentation listed in Global Image for proper authorization for affiliated fund purchases.• Responsible for process Dividend Reinvestments processing, Dividends and rate updates to the funds in Global plus.• Responsible for processing of volumes where additional work is received in daily activities and ensuring adherence to Company & Department policies and procedures.• Assisting in projects related to department workflows or applications.
