Dear Reader, My name is Puneet and I’m a Chartered Accountant by profession. My peers would define me as a self-motivated individual and a strategist. I like to learn something new every day, and, I also believe in giving back to society by contributing to the present batch of students in the form of strategies that I used to apply back in those days. My hometown being in Indore, I completed my schooling at Emerald Heights International School in 2014 and thereafter started pursuing Chartered Accountancy. It was a privilege to pursue my article-ship with Arora Banthia & Tulsiyan, Indore from 2015 to 2018. Completing this wonderful journey of enormous learning in 2018, I went on a new quest for hidden opportunities and knowledge in Mumbai and landed with working in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Deloitte India. There, my primary job is to help companies strategize and navigate through corporate restructuring, acquisitions, and tax due diligence (Buy Side/ Sell Side) in a tax and commercially optimal manner. Coming onto a little personal side, I like participating in a lot of quizzes, engaging in physical activities such as badminton and cricket, and reading books.
