Attain sales operational objectives by contributing regional information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; ensure the timely exit of stress book by working closely with risk team on early warning signs. Structure deal closures by leveraging on experience and deep understanding of the dynamic lending environment. Making sure granular sourcing of business thereby diversifying riskAdditionally, I make sure company standards and policies are followed in letter and spirit as well as I steer teams on digital adaptation to overcome challenges of the current environment.
