About Puneet K.
Greetings! My name is Puneet Kaur Rathore. I have been a Project Control Engineer at Crescentia India Ventures serving Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, in the capacity of Project Management Consultancy. I have previous work experience of working with McKinsey & Company as a cost modeling analyst at Product development and procurement service line, Operations practice, Cleansheet Solution. The cost structures I built have enabled clients to understand drivers of each product’s manufacturing and delivery costs and also helped them optimize design and capture savings. Prior to that I have stayed supervisor on project titled ‘Chandigarh-Kharar Elevated Corridor’ in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode engaged with L&T and NHAI. I have a deep understanding of principles of building construction and construction management and strive to strengthen, my practical as well as theoretical knowledge regarding the concepts of civil engineering. I am passionate and driven about making cities and human settlements safe, inclusive, resilient, energy- efficient and sustainable. Endeavour to build experiences around project management, decarbonization, sustainability, and construction, while enhancing strong expertise in distinct aspects of project delivery, namely negotiation, value engineering, cost management, design management, and project estimation. I am looking to grow and demonstrate my commitment to quality, efficiency, and environmental responsibility in my work, simultaneously creating value for my clients, designing innovative solutions to complex challenges and demonstrating real-time impact. I have strong inclination to set on path towards a one planet future where humans live in harmony with nature.
