As National Sales Manager at Samsung India i am responsible for Samsung notebook buisness Sales ecosystem development pan India in commercial enterprises space. it includes build up of T1/T2/T3 channel ecosyem and creating right market GTM thru channel partners and end customers. During my short stint I have made three national distributor Ingram, Rashi and supertron who will be managing India market for geo coverage in Metro & upcountry locations. I am also working on setting T2 & T3 channel partner ecosystem for Samsung notebook portfolio in entire country. It includes creating separate channel partner motion for Large enterprises, SMB, Mid market and SOHO vertical. I am also responsible for bringing new products in all customer spaces like AI enabled product portfolio, Education segment focused products, Startups and IT/ ITEs led premium product requirement. I drive this buisness through team of partner and key account managers who are based in different regions across geos.
