I began my journey at Tropilite Foods working alongside my father, diving deep into food innovationand entrepreneurship. He was always thinking \'food technology\' and I was wondering how to take all his innovations to market.(This is the only job I\'ve ever had, so my apologies, if you were wondering why I only have a short LinkedIn profile):)A baker in Punjab said-\"I wish we could have eggless cake mixes\".and that became a challenge for us, and later a product.India\'s first. Later the same mindset brought to India, dairy-free whipping crème. And over time many innovations that addressed key industry challenges and transformed baking and cooking practices. This is where my heart is.throw a challenge at us, and we will come back with an innovation. I travel almost half a month (or more)…talking with bakers and chefs and people who sell to them.and have realized that the only way to service an industry is to be really close to it. Not wearing a tie, but with sleeves folded.That is where all the knowledge of the market lies. I\'m also lucky to have a super talented team.one that shares our common vision. Tropolite\'s vision is \'To lead the industry by becoming trusted partners who enable customers to create magic\'. Sounds simple, and yet it dosent let me sleep well.you see, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the legacy my family has built in Gwalior. My grandfather established India’s first cold storage facility in the 1940s, and my father followed with innovations in the food industry, such as eggless cake mixes and non-dairy creams. Unheard of at that time, and with great difficulty.sometimes at huge personal risks (You should ask my mother).I’ve been fortunate to continue this journey, focusing on supporting bakers, chefs, and foodinnovators across India and beyond, keeping our values as guides.Customer Obsession. Entrepreneurial Spirit. Innovation. Collaboration. Integrity. 5 simple statements that I go to when I have doubts. I approach my work with a scientific mindset.curious, experimental, and always looking for ways to solve problems. My own and of our customers\'. The passion to drive innovation and sustainability in the food industry comes from wanting to make a difference, not from a desire for accolades. While the journey has been fulfilling, I remain focused on learning, adapting, and continuing to contribute to the food industry in meaningful ways.always remembering that we are an India born, and India focused company.I love to speak with people who have India in their hearts.
