About Pumehana Li
Born & raised in Volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii, Pumehana attended the University of Hawaii at Hilo, where she studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Having grown up in a family of realtors, after working in the field of Health & Wellness, Pumehana decided to also pursue a career in real estate and became licensed in Honolulu. In business since 2011, she served as an assistant property manager with a prominent commercial real estate firm in Honolulu, and assisted a top producing agent in Newport Beach, CA. Pumehana also earned Top Listor & Sales person for a Hawaii brokerage. She joined Elite Pacific Properties in 2020 because of the company’s reputation for an exceptional staff and great exposure. Pumehana finds the process of helping clients sell and purchase real estate a heartwarming and rewarding experience. She loves the process and prides herself on building long lasting, trusting relationships nurtured by her genuine care and concern for her clients’ wants and needs. Pumehana excels at attention to detail with the transaction management process, property management & has a seasoned eye for design, and previous staging, as well as negotiations experience. A proud mother of 3, Pumehana leads a very active lifestyle with her husband and children. Having recently moved home to Hawaii after being in California for 8 years, she and her family are very grateful to be here, as they feel this is the healthiest and happiest place to be in the world right now. The genuine aloha spirit of Hawaii and its people was something they all missed very much while away. Pumehana is an active PTA member at her son\'s school, and a regular volunteer in her daughter\'s preschool.
