Produced 2500+ minutes of 2D Animation by creating a company of 20+ Illustrators and Animators from scratch. Handled all hiring, interviews, negotiations, infrastructure setup, and office setup, equipment procurement, preparing and handling legal drafts, data management, and production pipeline, from script supervision to final 2D video delivery. Produced 900+ minutes of Host shoot with famous models like – Madhurima Roy, Vidushi Kaul, Harsimran Kaur, Gurbani Gill, Priyanka Das, Kangan Nangia, Avantika Shetty, Krishna Solgama, Shivani Joshi, Bhawya Sharma and Adwitiya Verma. Spearheaded whole production team and wrapped up shoot in 15 days. Produced 656+ minutes of Stock Footage shoot with 150+ cast, 2 locations, 33 days of shoot with 2 teams consecutively. From Pre-production to Post Production handled all responsibilities and maintained constant supervision on all departments. Produced 255+ minutes of AI videos for host and domain expert shoot. Managed scripts, format of delivery for outsourced vendor from Delhi, data management, quality check of all AI Videos and final delivery. Produced minutes of Voice Overs for all the shoots mentioned above. Hired famous VO Artist from all over India to complete this project in given time. Achieved 60 minutes per day VO output per artist to meet project deadline. Converted 1650 activity videos of 2 to 3 minutes to MXF with 12 languages generated by AI namely – Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, French, German, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Urdu and so on…
