Over the last 14+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across diverse organizations and wear multiple hats within Business Operations and HR spanning Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Workforce Planning, Resource Management, Training & Development, Leadership Development, Career Design, Competency Frameworks, and Organization Development.In my current role as an Senior Manager HR Heading the HR, I collaborate with a highly capable and driven team in India, all aligned with a shared purpose of enabling business growth through people. Our focus goes beyond filling roles we hire for culture, values, and long-term potential.
