My journey spans geographies and industries - from conducting audits and building foundational finance skills at a CA firm in Bhopal, to managing a $200M+ retail budget in Bristol, UK, to leading FP & A and M&A workstreams for high-growth tech and consumer companies in India. At Flemingo DFS and its subsidiary Harding Brothers Retail, I developed a strong grounding in commercial finance - working across pricing, forecasting, and working capital in a large, complex retail environment. At Antuit.ai, I stepped into a broader role that combined global FP & A with transaction finance - leading the financial due diligence and integration modelling for the company\'s acquisition by Zebra Technologies (~₹160 Cr), coordinating closely with the CFO and Big-4 advisors. At Livspace, I have had the opportunity to operate as a true finance business partner at scale — owning a $20M+ P&L, launching a new business vertical (Livspace Homes) from financial concept to go-live, and leading complex workstreams including a structured vendor settlements and the strategic closure of a non-performing business unit.

Also managed the financial structuring and execution support for Business Transfer/Slump Sale activities, ensuring smooth transition and regulatory alignment.Beyond core FP & A, project-managed new business launches and operational initiatives—acting as the central finance anchor across product, supply chain, marketing, sales, legal and operations. I built cross-functional review mechanisms, streamlined financial processes, and enabled organisation-wide execution discipline.
