Current Projects: • Developing a natural language and knowledge graph based architecture solution for MSK wide search platform. Identifying user pain point and bottlenecks for finding content within the MSK network and developing an architecture and strategy to resolve them effectively • Providing guidance to the chief architect office, research platform, search platform and data platform regarding the need and utility for knowledge graphs and leading its adoption within MSK • Led the development of a graph based solution for researchers and curators to answer natural language queries from vast amounts of cancer literature and provide answers without having to read through entire papers. • Provided review and evaluation of various graph db vendors that was utilized by AI/ML team, search platform, research platform and the data fabric team to make critical infrastructure decisions Responsibilities: • Work with various vendor AI/ML technologies to conduct hands-on testing, assess architectural readiness and feasibility and help deliver production deployment in MSKCC hybrid cloud environment. • Support building and deployment of end-to-end MLOps lifecycle for production ready AI/ML models for MSK and external use. • Scale AI/ML model training and inferencing on GPUs, TPUs and other emerging compute platforms such as Cerebras and AWS chips such as Tranium and Inferentia. • Own and lead clinical, research or operations outcomes, collaborating with colleagues from the Architecture, Data, Cloud, Systems teams and stakeholders in Memorial Hospital and SKI.
