1-Review and take ownership of all engineering deliverables including equipment specifications, single-line diagrams (SLDs), layouts, BOQs, cable sizing/schedules, and system studies.2-Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale PV or BESS project designs in alignment with the Master Deliverable List (MDL), ensuring seamless coordination of PV Electrical with Civil, Switchyard, and SCADA departments.3-Ensure all designs strictly comply with relevant national and international standards (IEC, IS, etc.) and adhere to local regulatory requirements.4-Act as the central interface between multi-disciplinary design teams, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and smooth execution.5-Liaise effectively with OEMs, external consultants, and third-party reviewers to incorporate technical inputs and ensure compatibility and performance.6-Lead and mentor the internal engineering team, set project-specific design timelines, and monitor progress through key milestones and stage-wise deliverables.7-Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high engineering standards and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all outputs.8-Oversee technical documentation control, manage design revisions, and ensure timely approvals as per project workflow and client expectations.
