15 years of manufacturing industry `experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, industrial engineering ~ Heading the Production engineering & Industrial engineering functions at MAS active seamless business.~ Develop, optimize, and effectively carry out continuous improvement in processes, resources and systems in the business.~ Drive year on year productivity gain projects through production engineering function.(IE & Autonomations)~ Coach/facilitate the team in the learning and effective use of best practice tools and techniques (problem solving, project management etc.) and assist teams to get to the root causes of problems so as to implement preventive action.~ Liaise with product development team, relevant production functions and develop / establish / sustain production sequential framework (which includes systems and procedures) at the development stage.~ Refer to technical specifications, identify complexities in the manufacturing process and provide technical expertise to eliminate such complexities such as developing attachments etc. thereby facilitate smooth production operations.~ Coordinate with work study and closely monitor standard minute values, address all variations and recommend technical strategies to improve efficiencies.~ Design, develop and maintain a technical website and other relevant features in order to ensure availability of technical guidance / technical specifications for the production operations.
