In the era of rapid technological advancements, digital transformations are the key enablers for the companies to improve their top-line and bottom line, and become a data driven enterprise.My mission is to help companies architect digital transformation by unlocking the potential of IT systems (SAP ERP S4 Hana – on-premise/cloud, SAP EWM/WM, Analytics, Manufacturing execution systems, web systems, AWS etc.) and truly aligning their IT strategy with their short term and long term business priorities and goals. My 28 years of professional journey comes with an ideal blend of business and IT expertise which provided me with ample opportunities to interact with stakeholders across all the levels, understand thoughts of senior leadership and operational requirements of ground level staff, and holistically design simple elegant and scalable solution leveraging best practices to meet both strategic and tactical objectives of the client. It inculcated in me the in-depth understanding of end-to-end business functions cutting across almost all process verticals (Sales & Operations Planning, Logistics & supply chain management, Inventory management, Finance and costing).I’m passionate to work in a team framework, investigate and solve problems that hinder growth to customer’s operations.I started my journey as logistics & supply chain manager, managing suppliers, finalizing contracts, zero-based costing, inventory etc. Subsequently coordinated implementation of procure-to-pay functions in SAP 3.1H followed by upgrades, migrations, legal compliance initiatives and analytics.Then after the journey of architecting and leading various digital transformation initiatives continued,• Led various SAP programs (value $0.5 to $11 million) in last 14 years which includes implementation of S4 Hana 2020, migrations to S4 Hana, rollouts, upgrades.• Led legal compliance initiatives (viz. preference determination for exports using SAP GTS, Automated controls for SOX, tax reporting, system integrations)• Led the development of analytics to generate meaningful reports for senior management.• Architected solutions for procure to pay, SAP EWM,WM, Quality Mgmt, Order to Cash, Dealer commission Mgmt & integrations with Finance.My areas of expertise include:• Program Management• SAP Solution Architecture for S4 Hana/ERP.• Cross-Platform System Integration• Agile/Scrum, SAP Activate, ASAP Methodologies• SAP Procure to Pay, SAP EWM, Quality Mgmt, Order to Cash, GTS, Integrations with Finance.• Process Re-Engineering• Cross-Functional Team Leadership – and more.
