I work at the intersection of WaterAid’s Digital Product team and its Income-Generating Innovation Lab, contributing to both strategic design and product development initiatives.My key responsibilities include- Leading UI/UX design for end-to-end digital product development, from research to delivery- Playing a core role in the product redesign team, contributing to increased revenue through improved user experiences- Designing scalable, sellable products within the Innovation Lab, directly supporting the organization’s income generation goals- Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across departments to understand user needs and create tailored digital solutions for different sector-specific teams.My work ensures that products are not only user-centered and impactful but also aligned with WaterAid’s mission to generate sustainable income and reach more people globally.
