About Pujitha Nachuri
Hey! I\'m Pujitha. I\'m currently on a gap year to pursue content creation and marketing opportunities before my senior year at UC Berkeley, where I study Sociology and Data Science. I’m a part of the growth team at Clair, a women’s health tech wearable startup. I\'m also currently building my personal brand on Instagram and TikTok (@pujithanachuri) where I create feminist, fashion, and Indian culture-related content. The tone of my content is unapologetic and inspiring with the core underlying value of authenticity. My goal is to make people, especially women, feel seen, through my candid videos. My hope is that by speaking my mind on important topics such as de-internalizing the patriarchy, the sexism behind girls being policed on their clothing, and my experiences with toxic female friendships, I can empower other women to similarly own their truth, which is too often suppressed. I try to show up as my most authentic self, embracing my multifaceted identity: my unique style, my love for my culture, and my values and opinions. In doing so, I hope to show other women it is possible to exist in this world precisely on their own terms. We have the power to unlearn limiting and sexist beliefs, to own our truth, to reclaim our voices, and to be complex, multi-dimensional beings, rather than complying to society\'s pressure to put ourselves into one box or the other.
