I am a Head Finance at Hidesign, a leading leather accessory product manufacturing and retailing company with a presence in multiple channels and markets. I have over 21 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, taxation, logistics, IT, and commercial operations, with a focus on the fashion retail and e-commerce industry. I am also a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) and an executive program participant in Strategic Finance at IIM Lucknow. In my current role, I report to the managing director and lead a team of 25+ members across finance, IT, and logistics functions. I have successfully led the technology transformation project of POS, OMS and WMS which has improved operational efficiency and visibility. I have also implemented scorecards, analytics, and quarterly measures for retail store profitability, retail space productivity, production performance, and new store investment proposals. As a result, I have contributed to increasing the EBIT growth by 400 BPS in FY 22-23. I am passionate about driving profitable growth and innovation in the fashion retail and e-commerce industry, and I seek to leverage my skills and expertise to create value for my organization and stakeholders.
