I am a growth-oriented individual with a passion for the education industry and a knack for thinking outside the box. With 18 years of experience in academia and practical expertise, I bring a diverse skill set to the table. My key competencies lie in learning, designing, and integrating technology, as well as in comparative education and curriculum development. As an Assistant Professor at Hierank Business School, Noida, I have been instrumental in shaping the minds of MBA, BBA, and BCA students in the fields of Finance, Tax, Accounts, and Audit. I also serve as a faculty member at Ashish Kalra\'s Institute, where I specialize in Accounts, Finance, Management, Law, and Statistics for CS students, as well as Law, Business Correspondence, and Reporting for CA students. Throughout my career, I have embraced roles that allow me to delve into my interests and passions. As a visiting faculty member at Jaypee Business School and Jaipuria Institute of Management, I have taught Legal Aspects of Business, Banking and Financial Services, and Microfinance to MBA and BBA students. My dedication to research is evident through my published papers and presentations at conferences and seminars. I have explored topics such as blockchain technology, emotional advertising, and the impact of fintech on gender inequality. Apart from my academic achievements, I am also a YouTuber with a channel called Eduattack, which boasts over subscribers. Through my channel, I aim to provide quality educational content to a wide audience. My commitment to excellence has been acknowledged through several awards and recognition. I have consistently achieved top rankings in company secretary and chartered accountant courses, produced All India Rank holders, and received accolades for my Hindi poetry. I have also been invited as a guest faculty at prestigious institutions such as CCS University, Meerut, and Mewar Institute, Ghaziabad. I am passionate about utilizing my skills and expertise to contribute to the growth and development of the education sector.
