About Pujarini S.
I have about 20+ years of experience as an in-house counsel and I am currently engaged with InMobi as Group General Counsel & Privacy Head with a team of 28+ in-house lawyers and privacy practitioners (and managing a network of external counsels). InMobi is present in about 13+ countries with business in 100+ countries and I oversee the legal and privacy portfolios across the board. My exposure in InMobi has been diverse starting from setting up a team from scratch to establishing robust processes towards Corporate Governance. Currently, I am also the presiding member of its Privacy Committee (CIPM certified). Before taking over my current role, I was heading the overall Commercial Contracting and Employment portfolios. In addition to the foregoing, I typically oversee commercial negotiations, IP matters, acquisitions/JV and claims/disputes related matters besides other legal advisory. Prior to InMobi, I was with Infosys legal team with focus on commercial contracting, post integration, deal structuring, licensing and employment practice areas. I have been honoured to be a part of the General Counsel Powerlist (India) as per Legal 500 in 2016 alongside distinguished members of the fraternity. The InMobi legal team featured in the In-house team Powerlist in 2017. When I am not solving worldly problems, I am a mom, who enjoys playing badminton and watching movies.
